Experience

Brandi earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, from Antioch University in Santa Barbara, CA in 2016. She has been in Private Practice for about 4 years and feels fortunate to be able to do what she loves everyday while helping a wide variety of people and populations.

Prior to her work in private practice, she worked locally with individuals struggling with substance abuse and addiction in agencies offering short term and long term treatment options.

Brandi has had the privilege of living in Santa Barbara for the last 17 years and hopes to always call it home.  After obtaining her Bachelor's Degree from The University of California, Santa Barbara in Sociology and Exercise and Sports Science in 2009, she went on to start her own business, BDFitlife, where she worked as a Personal Trainer, Dance Instructor, and Nutrition Specialist for 8 years.  This education and experience offered a wonderful springboard for expansion of what it means to be “well”, launching her to take the next step in her career as a medical professional. Brandi is driven by the notion that wellness is cumulative. She strives to live with intention herself daily, while sharing what shes learned in an effort to help others do the same.

“If you have been struggling with anxiety, stress, substance abuse, communication, or relationship conflict and feel that this is limiting your life, I want to help you to feel better.

With an integrated approach to therapy, change can occur quickly with sustainability.”
